Bronze Group

• Target age range: 5-11
• Requirements: swim 25 yards freestyle and 25 yards backstroke
• Focus: Introduction to stroke technique and swim training concepts.

Silver Group

• Target age range: 10-14
• Requirements: legal strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly), turns, and starts
• Focus: Technique and endurance building

Gold Group

• Target age range: 14-18
• Requirements: 100 yard freestyle in 1:15, legal strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly), turns, and starts.
• Focus: Prepare swimmers for high school swim season and for competition and training at the college level.
