- YMCA Membership Requirements
- Swimmers/Triathletes who are part of Riptide will be expected to pay the $50 family fee. This will be collected around January of each year. If you start with the team anytime past January you will pay this fee when you start. It is an annual fee and will be collected as so.
- Important Information
- Swimmers who choose to go on and swim with a summer club will not have a re-instatement fee. However, swimmers who are 15yo that choose to do this may not have a spot on the team when they desire to return as our Gold swim time is limited with space.
- Swimmers who choose to become attached to another year round USA Swimming program, or another USA Triathlon program and then return to Riptide will be charged a $500 re-instatement fee. This is NOT NEGOTIABLE. The only exception to this is if it is as a result of moving out of state (or significantly outside the Denver/Metro area) and then moving back into Colorado.
- USA Swimming memberships are rquired for all swimmers/triatheltes except adults. Adults are required to have a current USA Triathlon membership. Forms are handed out each year between September and December. You must renew during this time period. If you are new you will need to purchase one of these immediately.
- For Junior and Youth Triatheltes swimming with another team we do offer a chance for you to be part of the Riptide Multisport Triathlon program. Fees change each year. Please email coach Sean at: sean.wendt@yahoo.com for the most current info.
